Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention Six Week Class

Sarah Bowen will lead, with Sevilla Rhoads, a six week MBRP class on Vashon starting February 2013.  For those interesed in a mindful approach to relapse preventation for addictions to alcohol, drugs and food.  See Workshops tab for details.  Limited enrollment.

Sevilla to present at University of Washington

On October 24th at 3:30pm, Sevilla has been invited to speak on a mindful approach to secondary trauma for law students working with underserved and traditionally disadvantaged populations.  For details, contact Michele Storms at UW Law School.

Mindful Eating All Day Retreat-Style Workshop

On December 8th at the beautiful Mann Studio over Ellisport beach on Vashon, Sevilla will lead a mindful eating workshop based on the work of Dr. Jan Chozen-Bays (author of Mindful Eating.) 

An opportunity, between two meal-oriented holiday seasons, to pause and gently explore your relationship to eating.

Mindfulness Meditation for Lawyers and Judges Retreat-Style Workshop

On November 10, 2012 in Seattle, Sevilla and Greg Wolk will guide a day-long retreat-style workshop offering legal professionals mindfulness instruction, practice and dialogue on integration of mindfulness into law practice.  An opportunity for self-care, establishing a mindfulness practice and finding community.  See Workshop tab for more information.

Sevilla presents at The Center for Children and Youth Justice
